Worldwide research has shown that the remnants of lack of equitable rights among minoritised groups, compared to their privileged counterparts, are still evident. This brings us to what we really need to be talking about - racism and other systems of oppression.
When we talk about racial/ethnic #inequities, we are talking about #racism.
There are many definitions of #racism, especially in the USA, where most of the research on the topic is based. I especially like the definition from Dr Camara Phyllis Jones.
